I've seen these Crayola commercials for some very cool school tools, but I somehow missed this one.
Check out the Crayola Total Tools Audio Ruler.
This talking ruler measures in quarter-inch increments up to a foot, and does so by measuring a thin line of disappearing ink.
OK, really. How cool is a tool that measures out loud and uses disappearing ink?! And how much is this little gem going to set me back, you might ask? Well, according to the CrayolaStore.com, it runs a cool $7.99.
Have any of you used this with a student yet? How about a student with a learning or physical disability? Seems like you would be able to use more of a gross motion to use it. What do you think? And have you seen any other cool new school tools? (A little Wednesday afternoon assonance for you all :)
