I think I may have stumbled upon a goldmine (organizationally speaking). Check out Evernote. This cool little tool is available as a downloadable application for your PC or Mac, a web app (for when you're away from your primary computer), and a version for your mobile phone.
Save text notes, images, forward your Reqall emails into Evernote, title them, tag them, and you have a searchable database of files. Even the text inside the images you scan or upload is searchable - great use of OCR!
