Do you have students that find a thesaurus difficult to use, or just need more support in finding similar words?
Check out the Thinkmap Visual Thesaurus. There is a subscription cost, but you can try it out for free. Simply type in a word, and a map of the synonyms will appear. It will even speak your word aloud.
There are some foreign language capabilities, but I haven't had much of a chance to play with those.
